Wear regarding your provision, and our collection and use of,

Site. In
this Privacy Policy, the words "you" and "your" refer
to any person accessing the Site, and the words "we," "us," and "our" refer
to Harbor Wear.
Information you may provide in visiting
our Site falls into two broad categories: personal information
and aggregate information.

or mailing address. By "Aggregate Information" we mean
information that does not identify you, and may include, for example,

Harbor Wear does not use cookies to retrieve personal information
about you from your computer.
Shipping
All packages will be shipped by standard USPS
Priority Mail at the discretion of Harbor Wear Standard delivery
will be 7-10
business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination
(within the contiguous U.S.A.) for in stock merchandise. Shipping
fee schedule is subject to change at any time. At the discretion
of Harbor Wear, some orders may be shipped directly from the distributor.

rates are calculated for the 48 contiguous United States. Buyers
from outsite the contiguous U.S.A. should call 866-497-8673
to receive shipping rates to their area.
Return Policy
Harbor Wear wants you to be happy with your purchase and we will
be pleased to help you with an exchange or return.
Exchanges. If you need to exchange your garment for a different
size or color, please call so we may reserve the garment you need.
Call us at 231-935-4688. We will provide instructions for returning
your garment(s) and we will pay the cost of shipping the exchanged
garment(s) to you.
Returns. We
will gladly accept your return for any reason within 30 days of
purchase. We will credit your account with the purchase price of
the garment upon receipt.. Please include your receipt along with
your name, address and phone number. If you have any questions
